3. Agency Services Terms

Cosmiqe Digital may provide digital marketing and creative services based on the scope agreed with the client through proposal, quotation, invoice, email, WhatsApp, meeting discussion, or written confirmation.

• Service scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, pricing, and responsibilities will be defined before or during project onboarding.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
• Marketing outcomes may vary depending on budget, market conditions, audience response, competition, platform policies, and client-side follow-up.
• Cosmiqe Digital does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, rankings, leads, ad approvals, or campaign results unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
• Project timelines may be affected by delayed approvals, delayed content, delayed access, technical issues, platform reviews, or changes requested by the client.

4. Academy and Course Terms

Cosmiqe Academy may offer digital marketing courses, practical training, workshops, assignments, live sessions, recorded resources, AI tool learning, SEO training, Google Ads training, Meta Ads training, analytics training, and related educational support.

• Course details, modules, schedules, duration, fees, trainers, learning format, and batch availability may change when required.
• Course enrolment is confirmed only after completion of the required registration and payment process.
• Students are responsible for attending sessions, completing assignments, practising tools, and following trainer instructions.
• Cosmiqe Digital does not guarantee employment, freelance income, business success, or third-party certification recognition after course completion.
• Certificates, if issued, will be subject to course completion criteria, attendance, assignments, and internal requirements communicated by Cosmiqe Digital.

5. Payments, Fees and Billing

Fees for services, courses, consultations, campaigns, retainers, projects, or any other engagement will be communicated through proposal, quotation, invoice, payment link, message, or written confirmation.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule, milestone, or due date.
• Work may begin only after receipt of the required advance payment, unless agreed otherwise.
• Delayed payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, pause in campaigns, or restriction of access to course resources.
• Advertising budgets, third-party tool charges, domain charges, hosting charges, plugin fees, payment gateway charges, and other external costs are usually separate unless clearly included in the proposal.
• Taxes, transaction charges, platform charges, or statutory fees may be applicable as per law and billing terms.

6. Refund and Cancellation Terms

Refunds, cancellations, or adjustments will depend on the nature of the service, course, project stage, work completed, resources allocated, third-party costs incurred, and the agreed commercial terms.

• Fees paid for work already completed, strategy, consultation, planning, creative development, campaign setup, or training delivered may not be refundable.
• Course fees may be non-refundable after enrolment confirmation, access to learning resources, or commencement of sessions, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Third-party payments such as ad spend, hosting, domain, plugins, software, tools, or platform charges are subject to the respective provider’s refund policies.
• Any refund request must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by Cosmiqe Digital based on the applicable terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.

• Providing business details, brand assets, logos, images, videos, website access, ad account access, analytics access, product/service information, and approvals.
• Ensuring that all content, claims, offers, testimonials, pricing, images, and business information shared with Cosmiqe Digital are accurate and legally usable.
• Reviewing and approving creatives, content, websites, campaigns, landing pages, and final deliverables before publishing.
• Maintaining timely communication for feedback, changes, approvals, and payment clearance.
• Handling customer follow-ups, sales calls, pricing discussions, operational delivery, and customer service unless specifically included in the scope.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, design elements, course materials, graphics, videos, strategies, documents, templates, frameworks, training content, and creative assets developed by Cosmiqe Digital may be protected by intellectual property rights.

• Clients may use final approved deliverables for their business after full payment, subject to the agreed scope.
• Raw files, editable files, source files, templates, strategy documents, internal systems, or training materials may not be included unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Course materials, presentations, recordings, worksheets, and training resources are for enrolled learners only and must not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, or redistributed without permission.
• Cosmiqe Digital may showcase completed work, creatives, websites, campaigns, or case studies in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms such as Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, WordPress, Elementor, hosting providers, analytics platforms, CRM tools, payment gateways, email tools, and advertising platforms.

• Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, policies, algorithms, pricing, approvals, restrictions, and privacy practices.
• Cosmiqe Digital is not responsible for platform downtime, account restrictions, ad disapprovals, policy changes, tracking errors, data delays, payment gateway issues, or third-party technical failures.
• Clients and users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party tools they use.
• External tool fees, subscriptions, advertising budgets, and renewal charges may be billed separately unless included in the agreed scope.

10. Website Use Rules

You agree to use the Cosmiqe Digital website only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
